With 37 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ronald Cole has worked with top-tier firms, including Kidder Peabody, L.F. Rothschild, CIBC World Markets, and Deutsche Bank. He founded Cole 1031 Solutions to focus exclusively on clients who own investment real estate and seek tax-deferred solutions through Section 1031 Exchanges using DSTs.
Ron specializes in connecting clients with institutional-quality real estate managed by industry-leading sponsors. He works one-on-one with investors, CPAs, and real estate professionals to educate them on how DSTs can be a strategic replacement property in a 1031 Exchange—especially for those looking to transition away from active property management.
